Designs created by Ivorie Couture, especially those using third-party templates or platforms, are generally not eligible for trademark protection due to their lack of uniqueness. If you require a design that is eligible for trademarking, we recommend discussing this during the consultation. We can work with you to create a fully custom and original design that meets the requirements for trademark registration.
