ORDER PROCESSING TIME 

We do our best to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders process within 48 hours for standard orders and allow 7-10 business days for pre-order and customized products orders.
During this time, we carefully assemble and pack your order in preparation for dispatch.
Shipping address changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please ensure you leave a correct and complete delivery address (the apartment should show the unit number). Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in delayed or failed deliveries. Your order will only be shipped once and only to the address listed when ordering.
Any additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
If a customer chooses to cancel an order after the first shipment fails due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, the specified flat rate shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. ($5.99 US, AU, Canada, $10 International.)

In most cases, orders will be shipped within 3-5 days, except for pre-order products
International delivery is about 7-20 working days(UK, US, and Canada), and the delivery time is subject to the exact country.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Any additional costs (such as border taxes) must be borne by the customer. We are always available for any enquiries via info@ivoriecouture.com
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable entry duties, taxes and any other charges imposed by local customs. All international packages are shipped DDU (Duty and Tax Unpaid), which means that these charges are not included in the price of items purchased from our website. You are responsible for paying these fees to receive the package. If applicable, we cannot advise what these charges may be. Please contact your country's customs office for estimated costs and rates for packages arriving from overseas.

LOST PACKAGE 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@richescouture.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If the item is not marked as delivered and is not delivered within  21 days of the ship date, we will replace your order for free.
